In accordance with the provisions of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, A Favor del Niño I.A.P. (hereinafter “AFN”), with its address at Av. San Jerónimo #860, Colonia San Jerónimo Lídice, Alcaldía Magdalena Contreras, C.P. 10200, Mexico City, is responsible for the processing of personal data and, where applicable, sensitive personal data collected from data subjects, employees, volunteers, community service providers, as well as donors and institutional partners. Through this notice, AFN informs the general public and the owners of personal and sensitive personal data of the purposes for which, with the express or implied consent of such data subjects, it uses the personal and sensitive personal data it collects in connection with the various activities and services it carries out and provides within the United Mexican States, as well as the mechanisms it uses to guarantee access to, protection, integrity, and confidentiality of such personal data.

AFN may collect personal information for the following purposes:

Integration and follow-up of school, social, medical, administrative, or collaboration records.
Provision of educational, nutritional, health, and human development services.
Management of institutional processes (recruitment, training, volunteering, and professional internships).
Registration of donations and issuance of tax receipts.

Institutional communications. Data may include: full name, address, contact information, CURP, RFC, signature, educational or employment history, health information, socioeconomic data, or any other information required for the purposes described above.

Personal data will be protected through administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to prevent damage, loss, alteration, destruction, or unauthorized disclosure.
